What will be in my FanMail boxes?

FanMail boxes contain a variety of unique geek items including exclusive comics, t-shirts, jewelry, wearables, accessories, household goods, and much more. Every other month, we aim to support at least one small business run by women in our boxes. You'll also get a handy pop culture newsletter that will tell you what movies and video games are coming out, what's up for streaming and binging, and what books and comics to read that month!

How often is FanMail delivered?

FanMail is a bimonthly subscription, so you will receive a box every other month! The upcoming boxes will be delivered the last week of the even-numbered months: February, April, June, August, October, December

How much does a subscription cost?

Month-to-month subscriptions are $21.99 or $23.99 per month (+shipping)

What are your t-shirt size measurements?

Our t-shirts sizes range from Small to 4XL. We currently stock unisex sizes (S-4XL) and ladies sizes (S-3XL). Ladies sizes are the same body width as unisex sizes, but have shorter body and sleeve lengths. See below for the sizing charts:

How do I change my t-shirt size/subscription term/mailing address/credit card number?

You can change your t-shirt size/subscription term/mailing address/credit card number by logging into your account on our website.

Can I give FanMail as a gift?

Yes, if you'd like to give FanMail to someone else as a gift subscription, please use the "Give as a Gift" button on our Subscribe page.

Do FanMail subscriptions auto-renew? For instance, if I signed up in June am I automatically signed up for the August box?

Yes, our subscriptions auto-renew on the first day of even-numbered months (which is also when we ship). So if you subscribed in June, you will NOT be billed July 1st, instead you would be billed August 1st for the August box!

If you do not opt out, then you are automatically signed up to receive the next month, until you choose to skip a month or cancel your subscription! You can always login to your account on our site to update your address, billing information, or to skip your next renewal date!

When will I be billed?

If you sign up for month-to-month, you will be billed for the first month's box on the day that you sign up. For every subsequent box, you will be billed on the first of even-numbered months (February/April/June/August/October/December).

Can I skip a shipment?

Yes, you can skip a shipment. If you do not like a month's theme, you may log into your account, edit your subscription, and choose "Skip Next Renewal." If you are a month-to-month subscriber, you will opt out of the next month's shipment.

Prepaid customers cannot skip a particular month within their prepaid period.

I've already been charged for this month, but would like to cancel. Is this possible?

Unfortunately, once a month has been charged, you may not cancel that month's box. However, you can still log into your account and cancel your subscription to stop receiving future FanMail. Be sure to cancel before charges are renewed on the 1st of even-numbered months.

When does FanMail get sent out each month?

FanMail boxes will be shipped out the last week of even-numbered months.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost is dependent on location. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically when you check out, based on your location and the weight of that month's box. We are located in the United States, and we ship both domestically and internationally.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! If your country is not a shipping option at checkout, please email [email protected] and we will make sure to add it!

Do you send out review boxes?

FanMail does not currently have a review box process for bloggers. If you feel that your blog or website is a particularly great fit for us, or you have a good following on YouTube that caters to our audience, you are welcome to email us your application ([email protected]). We do not guarantee we will send out any review boxes at all in a given month.

We do, however, have a team of brand representatives, and will be looking periodically for new brand reps every few months. If you'd like to become a brand rep, follow us on social media for the chance to apply in our next round of the search!

Can I get spoilers for the box?

We are a mystery box, so you may occasionally see a hint on our social media, but we do want you to be surprised when you get your FanMail!! Our hints will not be super-revealing, for those who would like to maintain the mystery surrounding each box!

Can I still order FanMail if I'm a guy?

If you like what you see on our page, then YES you can absolutely order it! While FanMail is curated by two women, we know that not only women like cool, geeky things, we say go for it! We have plenty of subscribers that do not identify as women who still enjoy our boxes, and we strive to keep our fandom spaces as inclusive as possible.

Can one of my products be featured in FanMail?

Yes, send an email to [email protected] and we'll see if your product is a good fit for us!

Is my information safe on FanMail?

Yes, FanMail uses industry standard encryption techniques and stores all personally identifying information in a secure manner. In addition, FanMail stores all Credit card information with a third party PCI compliant credit card vault.

I don't know any of the fandoms that were in the box I received. Can I get a refund?

Since we are a mystery box, we can't guarantee that you will know or love every item, but we work hard to include items that are diverse, fan favorites, usable, and/or a new fandom we think you will enjoy!

We often send out sneak peeks in emails and on social media so you can get the best idea possible about whether the month's theme will be a good fit for you!
