We curate limited edition pop culture and book boxes. We carefully curate unique items around a theme, usually a book or fandom, and deliver the box directly to your door! What is the Super Secret Superhero Pin Club?
When you join our pin club, you get an exclusive hinged enamel pin of a popular MCU superhero every month!
This enamel pin consists of two designs attached by a hinge. The bottom design is of the hero's face and the top design is of the hero's mask or helmet.
Just flip up the top design to unmask the superhero! It's like two enamel pins in one! You won't find any other enamel pin like it!
How much does the subscription cost?
A subscription costs $15.99 a month. Shipping within the U.S. costs $4.99. Shipping to Canada is $8.95 and shipping to all other countries is $10.95.
Will you announce the superhero each month?
Nope, it will be a surprise when it arrives at your door. All we'll say is that it will be a character from the Marvel Cinematic Universe! We are only revealing the first superhero: Tony Stark/Iron Man!
When is the cut-off date for each month?
You must subscribe by the 4th of each month to get that month's pin.
When do pins get shipped out?
Pins will usually be shipped out by the second Monday of the month.
When do subscriptions renew?
Subscriptions will renew on the 15th of every month.
Can I skip renewals?
No, you do not have the ability to skip renewals.
Will I be able to buy the pins at a later date?
If we have pins left over, we put them in our shop for a non-subscription price

If we sell out and there is not enough interest to produce more pins, then you will not be able to buy the pins at a later date.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in to your account. On the left-hand side of the screen, find the subscription you would like to cancel under “My Subscription(s)” and click on “Edit”, and click “Cancel”.
I cancelled my subscription, but I was still shipped a pin. Why?
Cancelling your subscription stops all future renewals. If you canceled your subscription after it was renewed on the first of the month, but before your pin was shipped to you, you will still receive your pin.
I've already been charged for my subscription, but would like to cancel my order. Is this possible?
Once you have been charged for your subscription, you may not cancel that month’s order. However, you can still log in to your account and cancel your subscription to stop receiving future pins.
I canceled my subscription, but want to subscribe again. How do I resubscribe?
Log in to your account. On the left-hand side of the screen, find the subscription you would like to cancel under “My Subscription(s)” and click on “Edit”, and click “Reactivate”.
How do I update my payment information?
Log in to your account. Under “Credit Cards”, click on “Edit”. Click “Edit” on the credit card you want to change, enter your new credit card information, and click “Save”.
If you are changing your payment information for a subscription, you will also have to do the following: Go back to your account settings by clicking on your name in the upper right hand corner and then clicking “”My Account”. On the left-hand side of the screen, find the subscription you would like to change the address for under “My Subscription(s)” and click on “Edit”. Under “Choose a New Payment Method”, choose the new credit card and click “Save”.
When will I get billed for pre-orders?
You will be billed for pre-orders as soon as you make the purchase.
How do I change my delivery address?
Log in to your account. Under “Shipping Address”, click on “Add an Address”. Enter your new address, check “Default Address”, and click “Save”.
If you are changing your address for a subscription, you will also have to do the following: Go back to your account settings by clicking on your name in the upper right hand corner and then clicking “”My Account”. On the left-hand side of the screen, find the subscription you would like to change the address for under “My Subscription(s)” and click on “Edit”. Under “Choose a New Shipping Address”, choose the new address and click “Save”.
How much does shipping cost for shop items?
Shipping cost for shop orders is dependent on location. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically when you check out, based on your location and the weight of the box.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! If your country is not a shipping option at checkout, please email [email protected] and we will make sure to add it!
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most customers within the U.S. receive their boxes 2-4 business days after shipping. We recommend that you check on the progress of your box through the tracking number.
The delivery date of orders to international customers varies greatly depending on your location and how long it takes for your order to get through customs. We request that you allow some additional time for your box to arrive.
Do you offer tracking?
Yes, every order comes with a tracking number. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with your tracking number. Please note that tracking for international orders may become unreliable once your order leaves the United States.
My order arrived missing an item or an item is defective or damaged. What do I do?
Please contact us at [email protected] with images in the case of defective or damaged item(s). Please report your missing, defective, or damaged items within 30 days of receiving your shipment in order to ensure our inventory is available for replacements to ship.
I want a refund. Is this possible?
We generally do not offer returns, refunds, or credit unless items in your order were missing, defective, or damaged. If you do not like the items you receive in a mystery box or subscription, we hope you have a friend in your life who will enjoy the items that you do not, and that you may pass along the fandom fun!
